I contacted Thomas to look at a leak that I had between 2 water tanks under my back deck. He identified hairline cracks in the wall between the tanks and we agreed that he would address them by waterproofing the adjoining wall, which he did.
He then performed more tests and identified that water was also getting into a tank from the top through a manhole in my deck. He took it upon himself to fix the issue by creating a concrete lip around the perimeter of the manhole and creating small channels through which the water could drain off the deck. All of this was at no additional cost and when he was finished the deck was so pristine that you could not tell that any work had been done to it.
I would recommend him to anyone that needs waterproofing done on any part of their house without reservation. I will be contacting him again should I need more work done in future.
