If I could give 0 stars I would. Went there twice and both times the service was terrible. The first time, the young woman serving me decided to carryon a personal conversation with her colleague while serving me. Went back again a couple weeks later. The show room was empty except for what appeared to be two female workers sitting at desks and chatting with two young men. We looked around and then asked for assistance. The four people stopped talking looked at us and continued their conversation. We thought perhaps they misunderstood us. We asked again for assistance, they continued talking and laughing ignoring us. We left and will never return.

Great service and clean store.
The staff were helpful and friendly. The selection of countertops may not be as vast as elsewhere but it is not than adequate. Also, most of the slabs are located inside and this that are outside are properly covered and are on paved ground. For some people this may not be a big deal, but given my previous experiences selecting slabs from other establishments, I was quite pleased. They also provide you with proper samples of the countertops you may be interested in. Again, this is a big deal for me. On top of all of this, their prices are the best on the island. They will also recommend a fabricator for you to work with.

My most recent encounter was fantastic. Took a client there who had no idea what he wanted and the sales rep Crystal was patient and offered exceptional customer experience. Knowlegable and above and beyond
