My wife and I love Tipsy’s by Ann.
The bartender staff was Professional and very friendly, and they made terrific drinks. The overall service was the best!!!
The food was delicious. Make sure you try the homemade cookies and dessert desserts!
Ann is a wonderful host.
There are plenty of activities on site, including pool, the ring game, basketball, volleyball, and the beach.
The gift shop is the best in the island!!!
This is the Best Bar on all of Anegada!

Great late lunch at Tipsy. We had a lobster sandwich, conch strips ( so much better than the conch fritters on tortola) and a half lobster. The conch strips were cooked perfectly and were a generous portion. The half lobster was the best one we had in the BVI. Drinks were also very good and the location near the beach was nice. Service was great and we picked up some nice t-shirts in the shop. We also swam at Cow Wrack.

Very nice place to enjoy some cold drinks and beautiful beaches. Stopped in with our crew and had was impressed with the level of joy to see us. Was about 1/3 full on a early Monday afternoon. Meet the owners and they were more than happy to serve us some drinks a good cheer! DJ was spinning great tunes too. Could only stay for an hour. Had to return to our boat to get ready for dinner. Will come back next time!

Everyone ends up at Tipsy’s! So much fun and a beautiful beach! It gets really busy in the afternoon but Ann and staff handle it smoothly. Don’t miss Tipsy’s on Anegada!

My family and I came here. 2 adults and 2 tweens spent all day here and had a blast. Great gift shop, very reasonable prices, fantastic food, yummy drinks. We played mini golf, basketball, swam in the water and napped in the shade under their very large pergola. Service was fantastic and recommend anyone going to Anegada to visit!
