We rented for 1 week. From beginning to the end of the communication with Suzanne (emails and Whatsapp) the rental was super easy. Rapidly we got the estimate over internet. Nothing to pay in advance. The car was delivered on time at our home rental (given them the address and pin location to be sure) on the pickup day. The return was made at the airport. The day of pickup I paid with the card. There was a safety deposit of 300$US (was planed in the estimate) but was rapidly given back on my credit card the next day of our return home only because they estimated the repair of a small scratch I did. My bad! Cost of repair was super low and much less than I excepted. All was done with a phone call on WhatsApp. So you can trust them. Car was not new but we felt safe and there was front and back sensors to avoid damages. We went all around the island and really liked the car and comfort even though the roads are bad on the island. I would definitely rent again with Tweety car rentals without hesitation. It’s much easier than large car rental companies and you feel that they want you to be happy. Thanks again Suzanne.

We were late securing a rental during the holiday season, Tweety car Rental had a last second cancelation and added us in with a very smooth transition. They met us at the Airbnb, dropped it off, signed papers and we were on our way. Andrew was even so kind to give us recommendations. Drop off was even smoother we had the most efficient car on the island, we filled up one time and that was at the gas station across from the airport during drop off. I met a tweety employee he did a quick walk around and immediately refunded me on the spot!! No waiting at all they also gave us a ride to the airport after the fact. Rating 20/10 the absolute best car rental service in all of Barbados. We’re American and were slightly hesitant about driving in a foreign country but Tweety to the rescue. Again!! Book here for the best accommodations and high quality service.

Excellent service. Great communication before I arrived in Barbados. The driver met me at the airport on time, the car was clean and tidy above my expectations. Communication was excellent throughout the rental and my deposit was returned immediately after the car was dropped off. I would highly recommend Tweety Rentals for all your car rental needs while in Barbados. I will certainly be using their services next time I visit.

Huge thank you to Suzanne, Jason, and Rashad for ensuring an extremely hassle-free rental experience from booking to car drop-off. I reached out on fairly short notice, and they were still able to secure a very comfortable hybrid Nissan SUV for us. I’m so glad I decided to go with them - I don’t think a smaller car offered by other car rentals would have fit our luggage so easily or been nearly as comfortable. Their rates were extremely competitive, the booking process was completely transparent, and we were greeted right at the airport. The car was in very good condition, and they stayed in touch via WhatsApp throughout our rental, available for any questions or issues (which we never had). I highly recommend booking with them and will definitely go with them should my journeys take me back to this beautiful island. Thank you!

We booked a trip to Barbados for the week of March 1 to March 8, 2026, And rented a car through Tweety Car rentals. They were great at communicating with us prior to our arrival, tracked our flight, we had delays at the Toronto airport on departure by four hours. We arrived in Barbados in the dark and Tweety car rental company had a representative waiting for us with my name on a plaque card to ale us to our rental car. After going over the car rental agreement and getting into a fairly new Toyota he sent us on our way. It was a great experience to the end when we dropped it off at the airport and they met us to retrieve their rental car. I would highly recommend them.
