The islands version of a chicken spot. Food is consistent. Seems to be a family restaurant but the staff is aging out which makes the service super slow. Came during carnival time and they were struggling.

Decided to try Uncle T's today and I was very satisfied with my food. I ordered fried drumsticks and French fries. The chicken was well done and well seasoned. I also liked the fact that the wait time was short.

The chips are salt most days. Seems like a sweetener is added to the ketchup. They are supposed to be open for 12 noon, but they are always late to open. The service is always slow. Even if you are the first customer, there's at least a minimum wait of 25 minutes. The place is located close to one the bad areas. People would like to spend as little time as possible in there.

Very very slow service plus they don't answer phone calls
Small dinner. Entrance is too close by the main road traffic is regular so it's dangerous walking as a pedestrian no parking, and it's in the hood and it's by a smelly drain but it's next to a pharmacy and a mini mart, not wheelchair accessible.
The prices of the food is fair
