Overall good experience here! My husband and I stayed in Ocean 2. Ocean front view. Porch with seats for relaxing. Could have used some ex bed pillows or replacements of pillows. Great location to surrounding restaurants and bars. Enjoyed a day at Jobos beach.

Trevor the owner is the best. Very kind, and a skilled bread baker.
The beach is nicely secluded. Not too rough, due to reef about 80m off shore. A sandy entry into water, so don't have to walk over reef. Perfect for kids.
Our room has very new refrigerator, stove & AC. Propane BBQ grill on shared deck.
Almost brand new snorkel for rent.
Definitely need to rent a car.

***Posted my Receipt for the portion I paid with one card Since this place says I did not stay here*** The staff was great BUT...If you want nasty, roach, spider infestation this is the place for you. We literally had to go to the store and purchase bug spray and cleaning supplies. The ceiling fans had layers of dust on them. The walls need painting or a good cleaning because someone from every stay before us left their marks on the walls, disgusting.
No headboards just beds pushed against a nasty wall with dust and spider filled drapes.
NEVER AGAIN.
The staff was nice but they truly need to clean up and I mean a deep clean.
The view is nice but all the lounging chairs were placed where they got soaked by the rain and we were not able to simply lounge outside. Beach was rocky not very clean, glass in some areas.
The kitchen was stocked and we were able to cook whenever the electricity stayed on. Lots of power surges.
They are way overpriced for such an experience.

We stayed here for our youngest daughters wedding for 9 days and it was perfect! We saw whales jumping and playing. The constant sound of the ocean was so relaxing. It’s literally on Shacks beach! It was fun watching lots of wind surfers! I’ll definitely stay here again.

Heaven on Earth. Trevor and Jocelyn are the kindest hosts. I've stayed in different units annually for Thanksgiving holiday and all of them are super clean and cozy. My husband and I even got engaged here in 2015 on Shacks Beach!! Highly recommend coming here, but please don't tell anyone else. So we don't lose out on availability. ;-)
