I’m giving a 5 star review for excellent customer service. The room is less than to be desired, but when you pay $130 vs $450 for a hotel room in a good location in the San Juan area, you know you’re not supposed to expect a luxurious room. The staff communicates above average- like the best ever, even before you arrive. I needed two beds and I got a room on the first floor. Next time, I would request a room on a higher floor , but I’d want the AC to be awesome. The AC in my room was not the best, and you could see light through the door. However, the staff was so nice and the location was as excellent. They have parking and breakfast. Thank you for being the best at what you do. Great value and top notch service.

Great, friendly staff who are very accommodating and willing to help with anything you need! The rooms are clean and comfortable, and overall, my experience here has been great. 10/10 would definitely recommend staying here! ❤️

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The shower area what's filthy.
We were promised and paid for a room with a queen bed, we ended up with the room with a twin bed. Hard to sleep for two adults and a dog.
It's very noisy. You can hear both the traffic and the other guests coming and going constantly.
The included breakfast, was a joke. Definitely plan on going out if you're going to stay here.
The staff was friendly, but it seemed like they didn't have much control to change things or fix anything.
Parking is a bit of a challenge. You have to jump over the curb at the street in order to get into the parking spaces.
We had to ask for things like towels and washcloths, toilet paper, a blanket for the bed, etc. THIS is not a welcoming place to stay in Puerto Rico.

The rooms were clean, the furniture was dated and dirty. The service was pretty good. Extremely close to the airport. Ok for 1 or 2 nights. I wouldn't stay for much longer. Convenient to the burger king across the street and 4 minutes from the airport. There was no shuttle as advertised. 1

The hotel staff are top notch and the rooms are in great condition. The breakfast is simple but sufficient. Isle Verde beach is just a short walk away and the hotel has beach towels you can use. I would stay again if I were in San Juan.
