Truly unforgettable, soul-nourishing stay ✨ This wellness sanctuary was exactly what I needed. From the birdsong to the rain pouring down in the evening, everything about this place invites you to slow down and breathe. The plantation-style setting is quaint, grounding, and deeply peaceful—surrounded by nature in a way that feels authentic and intentional. I spent the evening resting on the hammock as the rain fell, then moved to the upper deck to read, reflect, and write. As a writer, I really appreciated how inspiring and calming the space is—it naturally encourages creativity and presence. The simplicity of the accommodations is part of the beauty; it relies on nature and the essentials rather than excess, and it feels far more nourishing than an overpriced, overly curated hotel. One moment in particular will stay with me forever: while I was reading and recording a poem I was working on, right at a tender line about love, the on-site dog wandered over and sweetly started licking my face—completely unprompted. It was such a pure, unexpected moment of connection that my heart just melted. I felt so much love in that moment, and it perfectly captured the spirit of this place. Adding to the magic, I’m celebrating my birthday this weekend, and the sanctuary happened to be setting up for a party—creating a beautiful, celebratory energy that felt like the universe saying, “We already set the table for you.” My only regret is booking just one night. I absolutely wish I had stayed longer and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend to anyone seeking peace, inspiration, and genuine connection—with nature and with themselves. 🌿✨

Dear Management Team, I am writing to share my feedback following my recent stay at We Stay Well Sanctuary. My time at your beautiful 300-year-old property was truly restorative, from the stunning Italian-style balcony in my room to the peaceful yoga and unique experience with the horses. However, the highlight of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Angus. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with such warmth that I immediately felt welcomed and at home. Beyond his friendly demeanor, I was particularly impressed by his willingness to assist me; he was instrumental in helping me reach a resolution regarding a matter during my stay, handling it with professionalism and care. It is rare to find such dedicated staff who go above and beyond to ensure a guest's peace of mind. Angus is a fantastic ambassador for your hotel, and he made a significant difference in my overall experience. I will certainly be recommending the Sanctuary to others, and I look forward to returning in the future. Warm regards,

We Stay Well Sanctuary - Wellness Hotel Barbados is based in a 300-year-old house that has been converted into a beautiful hotel. The rooms are great and spacious, and the WSW is surrounded by vast green post-plantation gardens and the beauty of nature. This space is truly amazing. The Sanctuary is located in an excellent location that is perfect for those who want to explore the area. The contact with horses is a unique and memorable experience, and the yoga is a great way to relax and unwind. Overall, We Stay Well Sanctuary - Wellness Hotel Barbados is a wonderful place to stay. The hotel is full of charm and character, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. If you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, this is the perfect place to go. I highly recommend it!

Absolutely fantastic place. On first picture is our wedding party near pool. Plantation building is unique. Beatiful bedrooms, halls... Chef in kitchen (Pauline has phone number to him) is like Cris Angel- Magician. Huge private area with garden or rather GARDEN. Fantastic staff and..... fantastic chairman- Pauline. She help us with everything, wedding, shopping, good humor. When I made reservation I thought..looks nice but..expensive...when I arrived..first impression in Bellevue Plantation?- how cheap is this place! Huge value for money. I wish all of vistitors same wonderful time as we have with my wife, family and friends.

Book this place at your own peril. What an absolute dump. I was impressed upon viewing the pictures on their website, but upon going to Barbados to attend my daughters wedding there yesterday, was utterly gutted and felt let down for her. I'm also a Dj and have been booked for loads of weddings etc, but I can singlehandedly state, this venue takes top prize for its shabby unkempt state. Dead dried up flowers on the tables etc, this place can be great in the right owners hands. The space it occupies, is beautiful, but the buildings and furniture, need a major overhaul.
