Worst service, have a family member waiting on her shipment for her business since May 15th this year. And have not received it yet. No one is answering the phone ,no one is reaching out to her about her shipment. Wish is not nice , it's a 34.84lbs and all it's saying is processing at customs. Why isn't west tech reaching out to this lady. Something is not right
