We had such an incredible experience, and it was all thanks to Kiraly in the upstairs gaming room and Akime in the downstairs gaming room! It was actually the first time visiting for some members of our group, and they were understandably a little unsure of what to expect. Kiraly made that first experience absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived upstairs, she was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about making sure we had the best time possible. She went above and beyond to assist us, answered all of our questions with patience, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Her positive energy and professionalism truly stood out and helped make those first-time visitors feel comfortable and excited. Downstairs, Akime was just as wonderful. She was friendly, helpful, and incredibly attentive to our needs. She made sure we were comfortable, understood everything, and had everything we needed to fully enjoy ourselves. Her warm attitude and excellent customer service did not go unnoticed, especially by those in our group who were experiencing it all for the first time. Both Kiraly and Akime made our visit seamless, welcoming, and so much fun. Their professionalism, and kindness are exactly what great customer service should look like. We can’t wait to come back!

I just want to take this time to publicly say THANK YOU for the experience, Last sunday we had a mummy and son date and you made the experience so easy, so fun, just genuine all around you were so patient with my son and that meant so much to me. you are truly a gem and we will be back keep the up the great work!!

Such a fun experience! The staff was super helpful and accommodating. Rah on the roller coaster brought amazing energy, and the two staff upstairs by the dancing were absolutely lovely too. The kids and I had an awesome time — we’ll definitely be back!

It was my son’s birthday. He was intrigued on going to Whapaxx so we decided to go. From the time we got there, we were greeted with a warm welcome. Received a tour from Rah. She’s the besttttt!!!!! Definitely an asset to your establishment. All the staff are friendly. Customer service and the food….amazing…. Thank you guys for everything. I’ll definitely recommend to anyone and we’ll be back soon.
