Beautiful home on lovely Mahoe Bay. Expansive amount of room both indoors and outdoors. Easy walk to beach and tennis court. Superb cleanliness and comfort. Excellent layout and exquisite views. This was our second time at Adagio and we will definitely return.

Our stay at Adagio Villa was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views, elegant design, and warm hospitality. The villa itself is the perfect blend of luxury and comfort—every detail has been thoughtfully curated, from the spacious, beautifully appointed rooms to the inviting common areas that made us feel instantly at home. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was our favorite spot, offering serenity in the mornings and unforgettable sunsets in the evenings. What truly sets Adagio Villa apart, though, is the experience it provides. Whether we were enjoying a chef-prepared meal on the terrace, exploring nearby beaches, or simply relaxing in the lush gardens, each day felt like a dream. The staff went above and beyond to anticipate every need, making our time here effortless and deeply enjoyable. We loved your villa. The layout was great for our combination of septuagenarians to 4 year olds. The views were stellar, sitting higher on the hillside. We found ourselves migrating from area to area around the compound, from the pool to the patio above the pool to the covered patio and dining area. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need in the way of gadgets and tools, well above the standard fare in a rental villa, much more of a feeling of home. We enjoyed the beach at Mahoe Bay, snorkeling and SUP'ing and just plain goofing around. We ventured from the Baths to the Bitter End, flats fishing on Anegada, Diving with Sunchaser Scuba at the RMS Rhone (a spectacular dive and a great outfit) and the Copper Mine, (don't bother with the MineShaft, it's gone way downhill) to Coco Maya (a fantastic addition to the dining scene). We had a great trip and enjoyed every minute of our stay at your beautiful villa. Our one complaint was the mosquitoes, they were a bit thick this time of year. My parents who were celebrating 30 years of visiting the BVI loved this house! They have stayed all over the island from Leverick Bay to the Baths, including Mahoe Bay for my sister's wedding 10 years ago. My parents repeatedly commented on how nice the house was.

My wife & I spent many years traveling the Caribbean looking for a location that met all of our needs. She is very much a "beach person" and is particular about her beach -- sand bottom (no rocks), smooth water (few waves), uncrowded. I added good snorkeling to that list. We spent time in Mexico, US Virgin Islands and several locations in the BVI. When we finally found Adagio Villa at Mahoe Bay we quickly realized that we had finally found "our place". Adagio is a world-class facility that is designed to meet all the needs of anyone looking for luxurious accommodations regardless of the number of people in your group, a beautiful hillside view of the Caribbean with nonstop ocean breeze and access to Mahoe Bay beach -- rated by many as one of the best beaches in the world. Given all that - and most importantly - Adagio has a feeling of "HOME". From the beautiful family room, the newly renovated chef-grade kitchen, the five comfortable bedrooms, the extensive covered & open-air patio and the comfortable pool -- everything "works" at Adagio. And all of this is complemented by a very caring owner and our beautiful housekeeper Lydia who will care for Adagio during your stay. And I can't write this review without reminding you that our beach has some of the best snorkeling in the BVI -- turtles, lobster, squid, rays & hundreds of reef fish varieties - all starting just 50 yds. off the beach. Just renewed our wedding vows on our 50th wedding anniversary at Adagio. Sandra & I will tell you - it doesn't get any better than Adagio.
