Air Studios Montserrat was a beautiful studio. It was damaged in 1989 by Hurricane Hugo, which proved to be the final straw leading to its closure. It remained furnished until the early 1990s. The building was looked after by a caretaker for a while, but was subsequently completely abandoned. These images are my attempt to faithfully recreate what the studio was like in its heyday.
