Ali’s One Love Kitchen was one of the highlights of my trip. The food was incredible — fresh, flavorful, authentic, and clearly made with care. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the whole experience just felt genuine from start to finish. You can tell there’s real passion behind what they do. If you’re in Barbados and want amazing food and great vibes, this place is a must.”

just had the absolute pleasure of eating from Ali’s One Love Kitchen in Bridgetown and I can honestly say this is some of the best food I’ve had in Barbados — hands down.
The BBQ chicken is straight-up life-changing. Juicy, perfectly seasoned, with that smoky-sweet char that hits every note. I’ve tried BBQ chicken all over the Caribbean and North America, and this is legitimately the best I’ve ever had. The flavors are bold, balanced, and addictive.
The rice was absolutely incredible too — fluffy, fragrant, and packed with flavor. The portion was generous, and everything came out hot and fresh even as takeout.
You can tell they put real love and care into the food. The plate just felt like a warm hug.
If you’re in Bridgetown or Saint Michael, do yourself a favor and order from Ali’s One Love Kitchen. Whether you’re local or visiting, you’re going to leave happy and full. This spot is the real deal — authentic flavors with serious skill behind them.

Convenient food stop with a good variety for Vegan, vegetarian or not. Food well cooked well seasoned great taste. The atmosphere is chill while waiting for the food or just chilling while you eat with good music playing from reggae to conscious music. The staff is very friendly and very easy going which makes for great service.

I've been staying on Brighton Beach in an Airbnb. I've tried the local places on the beach then I found all these one Love Kitchen who is only a 20 minute walk from where I'm staying. I was looking for a fish dinner when I got there he had just got back from the fish market
It was the best fish I had yet on the island
I even got a jerk chicken to go, which was amazing

I had the grilled marlin and rice, everything was seasoned well and very tasty. The bakes and garnishes were also very good. My dad had the chicken and seasoned chips they too were good. Portion sizes were large as well.
