Had a really pleasant stay here during my first visit to SXM. Would highly recommend. The hotel is centrally located in the capital city near a ton of shopping options and dining (Shieka's next door serves the best and most hearty breakfast I've eaten in the Caribbean). It's very easy to walk around and explore and the Boardwalk is about an 10-minute walk. The staff were very helpful in accommodating our late check-in (last minute booking) and holding our luggage while we went to grab some food on the day of our departure. The room itself was very comfy and had everything we needed, including an iron and ironing board. Would stay here again.

I only stayed here for one night prior to joining a cruise ship. The room was clean, functional and everything worked. I have no complaints about anything regarding my stay.
Unfortunately, I had an accident whilst walking back to the Inn and needed medical assistance. Once I got back to the Inn, there was a staff member there who got me in touch with A&E and booked a taxi to get me there. It was small gesture which was so appreciated, I can't thank her enough.

My experience staying at Alicia's Inn was very good and nice and very clean rooms and the staff and the people them working in the office was very nice and friendly my girl Barbara James nice person she helped you to the fullest with anything she can help you with very good l will tell my friends and family if they going to sint- maarten on vacation is to go to Alicia's lnn Guests House on Back Street Philipsburg thank you very much for everything I enjoy staying there for the first time that's my experience staying by Alicia's lnn and it very safe there to come in and go outside back thanks again all the workers there god blessings

Most gracious, accommodating hosts you’ll ever meet. Everything is as advertised. Perfectly located within walking distance of beaches, shopping and restaurants. Rooms were spacious and very clean.

Property has pretty comfortable beds and pillows, the place is clean and the staff is very friendly. The odd parts are that the property isn't staffed past 5PM and trying to find parking is not very close (at least in July) much of the area is just closed and not busy, making for little to do around the area. I hear it's better during "high season." Property is nice, but I wouldn't personally choose this location again. It is very close to the beach though and I very much enjoyed my stay!
