Really enjoyed dinner at Amnios! Delicious fish curry dish that chef made for the 3 course fixed price menu for 49 euro/ person. Beautiful restaurant setting. Generous size wine by the glass. Extremely limited and challenging parking though—wld recommend taking a taxi.

Just stayed for 4 nights. While the room is very comfortable (we got one with the private pool) - our room got cleaned 1 time in 4 days. We had to save towels - constantly watch toilet paper. Breakfast was very basic and it seems that it is a small 5 villa hotel. But it has no grounds whatsoever. I would absolutely stay at a true “resort” next time like Le Bartholemey or Rosewood. It was like a bead and breakfast - but the cleaning service was horrible.

Amnios is an absolute gem in St. Barthélemy. The hotel is incredibly charming and cozy, with every detail clearly well thought out. The recent renovation was done beautifully—everything feels fresh, tasteful, and inviting. The location is perfect as well, conveniently situated with no more than a 20-minute drive to any part of the island.
A special thank you to Edwige, the hotel manager, who truly made our stay exceptional. She gave us wonderful local tips and took great care of us throughout our stay, making us feel genuinely welcomed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again.

AMNIOS Saint-Barthélemy is pure paradise. From the very first moment to our last, everything was flawless. Edwige, the hotel manager, is exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, making you feel welcomed and looked after in the most effortless way.
This is the definition of a true boutique hideaway. The service is impeccable, the food is outstanding, and the rooms are beautifully designed to offer total privacy, comfort, and serenity. Every detail feels intentional, refined, and luxurious without ever feeling pretentious.
What makes AMNIOS truly special is its perfect balance: you’re just minutes from the main attractions, yet once you’re here, it feels like a peaceful sanctuary — quiet, intimate, and completely removed from the outside world.
