Good can and good restaurant, I recommend you do the cave first. Bring your swim ware as you can go into a cave pool at the end of the visit. The cave itself isn't big, but with swimming the tour will be around 30min-1hour long. The restaurant is worth stopping by when you are up here, it is on the cliff side and gives an amazing view while you eat. Food can seem abit pricey but I put that up to Location. Overall, worth the drive up country tk visit. Highly recommend.

A spectacular and dramatic location at the northern tip of Barbados, offering breathtaking views of the Atlantic and a real sense of raw natural beauty. The cave itself is fascinating, with openings to the sea and natural rock pools that make the visit feel unique and memorable. There is a restaurant on site where you can sit, eat and enjoy the views, as well as a small tourist shop for souvenirs and local items, which makes it easy to spend time there without feeling rushed. For visitors, it is a standout attraction with excellent photo opportunities and a chance to experience a different side of the island. For locals, it remains a powerful reminder of Barbados’ rugged coastline and natural heritage. Well worth the journey for both. Wear water shoes as your feet may get wet. Steps are very steep almost 1 and half size so be aware.

Such a cool experience! A must see, and do, if you are coming to Barbados!we got so lucky, because the tide was so high the week before, that the cave was closed for 4 days, but lucky for us, was open when we went! Great tour guide going down, safety first, guiding us down the 27 steps that go into the cave, i suggest brining some good water shoes! It's slippery on the rocks, and im happy i wasnt in flip flops! However, many had flip flops on regardless. Got to swim in the pool, in the cave; guide helped take awesome pics as well! We also ate at the restaurant - burrito, it was huge, great portion, came with a dalade; my friend and I split the plate. Best part, eating with a view! Picturesque views as you are sitting and enjoying your food. What an experience.

Excellent location for lunch. The salt cod was excellent, a taste of the ocean that's churning just below. The hummus was good too. Strong rum and coke. Nice staff. After we took the tour of the cave, which is a must visit. Wear shoes that aren't slippery!
