This company is horrible. They over charged me, gave me a car that I did not pay for (I paid for a midsize and they gave me a compact) and did not lower the price, took my security deposit after assuring me multiple times that I would be refunded to me. Zero customer service. The vehicle they rented to me could not withstand the roads in Barbados. I got a flat tire and it took them hours to assist and left me stranded on the side of a road with little kids despite the fact that I was a 5 minute drive away from their airport location. If I could give zero stars I would. I now have to waste my time disputing the transaction. If this is your only option to rent a car do yourself a favour and get ubers.

Terrible establishment, I have never had a vehicle service where they didn't try charge for something that was in working order or a collision repair where they didn't leave over spray or scuffs on headlights and trimmings.
After choosing not to use them on account of said bad experiences they have refused to even see my vehicle for any diagnostic checks despite being the dealer for said vehicle in my country.
Awful from beginning to end and I will ensure no one I know purchases anything from them.

Went to the dealership for the delivery of the car and the experience was top notch. Nick kept us up to date with the final touches which needed to be done and Troy kept us company whilst we waited a short while for the car with great conversation. Excellent customer service from all of the staff there.

Terrible customer service. They missell themselves as Europcar when they are nothing of the sort. They also advertise themselves as an all-inclusive reservation and then try to charge extra fees. Disgusting
