I was extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Apsara Express. To start, my delivery arrived without any cutlery or napkins. When I called to ask about it, I was told most delivery customers are ordering from home and therefore already have cutlery. That makes no sense, it's impossible to assume where customers are ordering from. In my case, the food was being delivered to my workplace and this created an unnecessary inconvenience. Secondly, I ordered two separate portions of garlic naan because they were for two different people. Instead of packaging them separately, both portions were placed in a single container. When I questioned this, I was told that this is simply how they always package naan. That response completely ignores the fact that separate portions are often ordered for separate people. Restaurants shouldn't make assumptions about how customers intend to share their food. The biggest disappointment, however, was the portion size. We ordered build-your-own bowls and received only about six very small pieces of chicken. When we raised our concerns, we were told that this was their standard portion. If that's truly the standard, then it's far from satisfying for what is marketed as a full meal. The portion was incredibly underwhelming. It wouldn't even fill a child. To make matters worse, I requested my meal to be medium spicy, but it lacked spice, seasoning and overall flavour. It was bland and did not meet expectations. What frustrated me the most was the complete lack of customer service. Rather than acknowledging our concerns or offering any form of resolution, every response was simply, "That's our standard." A business should be willing to listen to feedback and take customer concerns seriously instead of dismissing them. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not order from Apsara Express again. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.

I visited this restaurant as an Indian hoping to get a little piece of home whilst being away on vacation for a while and unfortunately it fell short of expectations. I ordered the traditional curry with basmati rice, but the curry lacked depth of flavour and tasted more like spicy ghee than a well-balanced dish. The chicken was quite tough, and the samosas were dry. While the atmosphere was lovely and the setting was pleasant, the food was disappointing overall and did not live up to the promise of the menu.

I had the most pleasant experience at Apsara tonight!! I just needed hot Jasmine rice and a chefs flavorful creation. Thank you for your care and this delicious combo!!

I had a truly wonderful experience with Apsara Express. The service was excellent from start to finish – professional, attentive, and very well-organised. The food was served super fast after ordering, and everything was fresh and delicious. The naan, in particular, was excellent – soft, fluffy, and absolutely perfect. The staff who took our order was excellent as well . I am very impressed and would highly recommend Apsara Express to anyone looking for reliable and outstanding service. Parking you can park in car park for free and walk around not massive sitting in this place especially if the weather is hot you can’t site outside and eat . So limited seating inside for approximately 7-8 people max .

Been here several times. If I ask for mild it comes out spicy, if I ask for spicy it comes out mild. I always ask for one dish with no cilantro because my girlfriend is allergic, but she always gets an allergic reaction from their food. There must be cross-contamination and nobody cares.
