Excellent for barbadian standards. Staff are friendly and very helpful and wait times are not very long.
Products are fresh and packaging in tact.
I often purchase chocolates and snacks and for perishable items in a tropical climate they come well packaged and in tact.
This is a distributor/wholesaler and not a retail business.
They have a wide variety of items and it helps to call in advance to check availability of stock.
The receptionist also assist you as well and does a fantastic job.

I was sent a bearer’s note from a doctor to collect medication at Armstrong’s, where medication is cheaper with the note. It felt like something out of one of George Orwell's novels. The inside was very sanitized, with a wide, empty waiting area that only had a few seats against the wall facing the cashier.
The wait for the medication was short, and the service was friendly, typical of places that aren't overwhelmed by customers.

No long lines, pleasant and accommodating staff...we even shared a small joke. Got through with my business quickly and efficiently.

Seems there is not a friendly welcome for walk in customers, everyone else is busy doing something, and when you converse it is do as I say , because I wont accommodate an alternative
