I recently worked with ASL after reaching out to several other shipping companies in Cayman that were unable or too expensive to provide the service I was requesting. Within 24 hours of reaching out to ASL via email they had completed my request for pickup and delivery and kept me updated throughout the transaction. Their customer service and prompt communication was excellent. This helped relieve stress I was experiencing trying to find someone to complete my service request, as I am currently outside of the country. Additionally, their cost was fair for the service I had requested. I highly recommend ASL and will make sure to use them again in the future for any delivery/shipping needs!

I use the ASL service on two separate occasions however on both occasions the items got here in a timely manner. Unfortunately i have never got a receipt or an invoice despite requesting both on numerous occasions. Am constantly fed empty promises and 6for 9.
Shortly after I wrote the previous review Mr.Kemar reach out and went above and beyond to resolve the issue.
With this type of professionalism I highly recommend everyone to use this company.

We have shipped items to Cayman on a few occasions with other courier services, and while those experiences have all gone well, our experience with ALS blew those out of the water!
Great service, quick turnaround times, and home delivery. 10/10.
