This is a large store. They sell everything from toiletries to kids clothing and household appliances (and more). Feebie the Female cashier assistant made our visit extra memorable. Feebie’s presence was so bubbly and light and her patience was tested when my Mum didn’t have extra physical cards to pay, because we assumed Apple Pay is one of the ways to pay but it’s not accepted in this store. Thank you for your understanding and waiting for me to withdraw cash from the ATM.

Definitely cheaper than many other supermarkets, but is your time free? Also rather old and rundown. Refrigerator doors that don't close properly and let goods thaw out. Not great. Avoid if busy, like on Saturdays. Checkout lanes close with dozens waiting, few open anyway, checkout is very slow and inefficient even when not busy.

Decent options. Inconsistent pricing tags on items. Not many cashiers available.

Ridiculous service informed them an item was missing and not bagged instead of them to check their cameras they refused and refused to refund or replace item. Manager saying she has other things to do and they do not even pick calls . Asked to speak to someone higher up they refused. Terrible customer service

This is a store that requires a bit of patience to shop at, but has items you cannot find at any other store and has affordable prices on many items and resembles a department store on the 2nd floor. The 1st floor has groceries and home items and also some bulk/business items. The 2nd floor has clothing, shoes, appliances, mattresses, and many household items from dishes to towels to decor, as well as instruments, toys, baby equipment, electronics, couches, tables, reading books, and a fabric section. There are also public bathrooms on the 2nd floor that doesn't require a key! One major downside of this store is there is not AC, the aisles are a bit narrow, and choice of products change frequently (which is sometimes also a plus because you find new/different items you might not find anywhere else in Dominica). Costumer service can sometimes be a bit challenging, most likely related to the heat and crowdedness in the store and the cashier area is not modernized, nor do the workers seem well informed, but this is mostly in the downstairs area. The lines can get a bit long, but everyone is generally kind and waits their turn in line and during some busy times there are baggers that help the cashiers and it's a safe and friendly overall atmosphere. There is a special parking area for customers which is a major plus and not offered many other locations. The store is located in a pretty busy and crowded hub/street of Roseau and so there are guards by the doors and the outside area tends to get congested at certain times and you may hear some loud music from buses and nearby buildings. There are also a few great shops like a local bakery across the street that sells all kinds of local variety of baked goods like cakes, cookies, bread puddings, etc. I personally tend to go to this store more for the dry good items than the refrigerated items, but they do have some. They also accept returns on some items which is not as common in Dominica and so their products are generally trusted. They also offer delivery services on larger items. In general, an important store from a respected family in Dominica with lots of much needed items for your house and/or business.
