This the BEST accomodation on St. Barth for the economical traveller by far. Nicely rennovated, well maintained and a very friendly host. Gardenview bungalows (#1-6) are 160€ a night for up to 3 people. Bayview villas (#7-10)with double and singlebed are 200€ each. #10 is the best, but prebooked most of the time. But now comes the clincher, what do you need the most on an island without public transportation and no Uber or a cap hire number? A car 🚘 Guess what? It is included in the roomrate as a complimentary add-on. Why? The owner happens to own a large local car rental agency with 110 cars. There are only 10 villas, so book well in advance to grab one of these gems. It is less expansive than Sunset Hotel, Le petit Morne or Auberge de la petite Anse and INCLUDES your own set of wheels.

Ideal location for a holiday in Saint Barth. A very good compromise, ensuring accommodation and vehicle rental on the same contract.

Perfect, the rooms are very well maintained, beach and bath towels are changed regularly, as are the sheets. Quiet. Very beautiful view from the bungalows that are on higher ground. Garden with tortoises and chickens. A very nice experience.

Staying at L'Auberge Terre Neuve with Odile and her family is, for me, the ideal place in St. Barth. All my stays there are wonderful. It's very well located, not far from Flamand Beach, and access to Gustavia or St. Jean is very easy. The accommodations are cozy, Carole cleans every day, and the setting is beautiful. Thank you, Odile, for all these wonderful services.

So many positive things to mention. I had an incredible stay thanks to the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. Odile is a true sweetheart. She goes above and beyond for her guests. They greet you as you disembark the boat, explain everything you need to know, and are available every day. I thank them for helping to make this stay wonderful. The rates are exceptional for St. Barths. Don't change a thing, stay just as you are :) I will definitely be back.
