It is our last day of vacation and we wanted to try some local food. B's Variety & Food Spot was a 15 minute walk from our villa. I just so happened to see it while checking out the area on Google maps and I'm sure glad I did! We have been on the island for a week now and have visited a handful of 4+ star restaurants, but B's gave us hands down our favorite meal while we were here! Blaire (sorry if my spelling is incorrect!) made us some incredible fried chicken and macaroni with fries and garlic bread. She is a lovely host and a phenomenal cook, and the garden her mother tends to is a beautiful spot to sit and enjoy her fresh local cooking. She also has a great little convenience store stocked with beer, soda, chips, candy, and more.
I absolutely recommend this little hidden gem if you're looking for some TRUE local cooking with satisfying serving sizes and amazing taste.

My experience at B’s was wonderful! The proprietor, Blair was so kind, patient and charismatic! To top it off, the food was a 10/10. It was fresh and the wait was not long at all! We have been returning since our first visit.

I have been there a few times now and each visit never fails to disappoint. The food is absolutely delicious and filling. The host is a delight as well. Looking forward to my next visit already😋Lovely!

Caw blain. Talk bout food taste good! Everything taste good! Burgers ✔️ Chicken ✔️ Fries ✔️. Loooook. Can't even post a pic cause I done eat allllll. So in short if you want the best food in St Philip. Go B's Variety
