i am delighted to have found Ballyclare dental practice. the staff are kind and welcoming, the hygienist very patient and thorough. the dentist was professional and skilled, and responded to my needs as a ‘nervous patient’. i would recommend the practice unreservedly, and will continue to travel from the UK for my future dental care.

From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. The entire team was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. The atmosphere of the office was warm, calm, and inviting, it immediately put me at ease. The staff took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit.
The level of customer service was truly exceptional, honestly a 1000/10! Every interaction felt personal and caring, not rushed or transactional. It’s clear that they value their patients and take pride in creating a positive experience.
I highly recommend this Ballyclare Dental to anyone looking for quality care in a supportive and welcoming environment. They have definitely gained a loyal patient!

As walk in patient with no recommendations, Dana the receptionist and the ladies in the clinic, their warm welcome and professionalim was enough to book an appointment. Very impressed with Kaya the Dental Hygienist. I have never had my teeth so thoroughly cleaned and with such patient care and professionalism. I have found my Dental clinic.

I’ve been seeing Dr Story and her team for over six years and they are genuinely outstanding. From the hygienists and dental assistants to the receptionist, everyone is professional, patient, gentle and always cheerful. It’s a pleasure visiting this practice—I consistently leave feeling calm, cared for and confident in the treatment I’ve received. Their attention to detail is superb (they even message me when my husband has an appointment to make sure he remembers!). I’ve recommended all my family and friends and they’ve all had the same excellent experience. Couldn’t rate them more highly—five stars without hesitation.
