In a world where people are only to ready to find fault, I would like to thank Barbados Dream Villas for their professionalism in the purchase of my island home. From the ease and speed of arranging a viewing, through their assistance in negotiating the purchase, their help in getting a lawyer, right through to their advice on international money transfers, they were outstanding.
Buying property abroad can be a traumatic experience and I cannot recommend them highly enough for smoothing the journey.

We Found Our island Dream Home!!!
My husband and I travelled to Barbados for vacation in February and loved the island. Everything about it-the people, weather, easy vibe-made it fee like home. I would email all realtor companies regarding a property. Usually they were pending or sold. Kevin was the only realtor that emailed me back with other options. I told him "Kevin, find us a house" and he did!! I knew we would become friends forever. I had looked at the Leslie Gardens 21 house online, and Kevin actually sent me a link. Long story short, we own the house!! It was fate that put us there and we thank god that Kevin was our realtor. He went over and above to procure this house for us. Since we are in the US, it required multiple emails and WhatsApp texts. He always responded in a timely and professional manner. We love our new home and can' wait to spend lots of time there and make it ours. Thank you Kevin for making our dreams come true!!

I have worked with Barbados Dream Properties and the owner, Stephen Grant, for more than 30 years. I could not speak more highly of the companies high level of professionalism and sincere care for the client. In particular, I have had the good fortune of working with Sisi Watts over the last six months, and have found her to be extraordinarily knowledgeable of the real estate market on island. She is delightful, and her attention to detail is second to none. She secured the most incredible long-term rental for my family, and is further assisting in our search for a suitable property to purchase. The company goes above and beyond the normal practices of your typical real estate agent, and I highly recommend for your search on the island of Barbados.

We have both purchased and rented our house through Stephen who was a pleasure to deal with. Himself and his team always walked us through the whole process with the right advice every step of the way. Before being able to luckily buy our own Villa on the island, we used to rent other's properties through Barbados Dream Properties and each time with the highest of service along with a friendly and attentive manner. Highly recommend these guys for purchase or rentals!
