The customer service was excellent. The atmosphere was really relaxing and the environment was clean, there was a live band and the music was lovely. The food was amazing 10/10.

Went with 9 people the inexperienced staff asked for our order 6 times. One meal turned up after 1 hour wait over an hour then another meal arrived, was supposed to be fish bite but didn't seem to have any fish inside just black stuff so was sent back to kitchen but no staff cared to enquire why it was returned. My sister noticed staff having a full conversation over two meals which were for our table which also happened to be cold, so our cocktails which were good were paid for and we went to KFC. Other people have also told me of their bad experiences at Barcode Pub too.

I love this place. You can go with friends and chill. They have a pool table but it is always busy so it will take a minute for you to get a game. Other than that, atmosphere is chill and they are always checking on you to make sure you don't need anything.

The waiter didn't quite get our order correct and items had to be sent back. Sometimes the service is better depending on the staff on duty. Mexican night was a disappointment as there was hardly any Mexican food items on offer, just tacos and a Margarita special. Usually the food is better but on this night it left much improvement to be desired.
