My son said he was scheduled to play in his school band when his guitar decided to misbehave. Barry was quickly able to diagnose and repair the issue and return the guitar the very next day. My son now swears his bass is totally banging, better than when new.
One does not place one's heart strings in just anyone's hands, but you can feel comfortable doing so with Barry. The guitar doctor provided excellent service and at a fair price, he said what he would do and did what he said. Highly recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of using the services of Mr.Reid, and I must say that I am impressed with the quality of his work. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic.

I had a corroded battery lead, and the outside of my bass was not looking the best. Barry restored my bass and went the extra mile! Excellent customer service! Definitely worth the money. I highly recommend his services.

My Epiphone Sheraton II was in a state. My pickups were corroded, there was horrible static when I played. When my jack fell into the guitar, I took it to Barry for a full service and repair. He had Sherry fixed, looking like new and sounding AMAZING! All in less than 6 hours.
Barry is amazing! Friendly, professional and he knows his stuff. He will be taking care of all my my guitars from now on. I highly recommend using his services.

Such a good experience! Will definitely be using his services again. My guitar looks, sounds, feels and even smells better than it has in ages...possibly since the first day it was bought years ago. Plus, Barry is a pleasant guy and his overall vibe is a plus to the customer service experience. All thumbs up for me.
