Amazing house with outstanding views of the crashing waves and of St. Martin in the distance. Coffee on the porch each morning was magical. The Host was very responsive and took care of our every need. The house was very clean with all updated amenities and finishes that we enjoyed during our stay. We would stay there again on our next trip to beautiful Anguilla. Loved it.

Bayview Resort is newly built and offers an exceptional vacation experience. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the accommodations are absolutely spectacular. It’s spacious, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully designed. I couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. Being beachfront is a true highlight, with peaceful morning walks along the shore and refreshing evening swims. You can enjoy both stunning sunrises and breathtaking sunsets right from the property. The restaurant and bar next door, Ferry Boat Inn, is extremely convenient, and the ferry terminal is just a two-minute walk, making trips to St. Maarten effortless. This truly is the perfect location in Anguilla.

Review: Tranquil Stay at Bayview Our stay at this newer property near Blowing Point was defined by the exceptional hospitality of the owner, Kyle, and his helper, Marci. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and eager to assist us in every way possible. The Property: The house is spacious, neat, and features a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances and utensils (though there is no dishwasher). The highlight is the courtyard, which sits right near the ocean, offering a front-row seat to the boats and ferries. It is a very quiet location, perfect for those looking to avoid crowds. Traveler Tips: • Transportation: I highly recommend renting a car. Taxis and fuel are quite expensive, and a car is essential for reaching grocery stores and the island's world-class beaches like Shoal, Rendezvous, and Meads Bay. • The Beach: While the nearby beach is convenient, please note that weather and sea conditions can affect the shoreline. During our stay, high winds and seaweed made the local beach difficult to use. • Vibe: Anguilla is beautifully underdeveloped compared to St. Barts, offering a more serene and authentic Caribbean experience. I recently had the pleasure of a quick trip to Anguilla. I stayed at the Bayview Resort. The place was exceptional. Clean well appointed rooms with great views. I highly recommend staying here if you are traveling to Anguilla.

First of all it is a great location - 2 mins from the Blowing Point Ferry Terminal. The work that has been done to the property is amazing. Two bedrooms with king beds and their own baths. Modern kitchen and great covered patio with splendid views. All the conveniences you would expect from a high-end hotel. The rest of the small compound has not been updated yet so it is a little rustic. But this unit is spectacular. And, our hosts were wonderful. They contacted us as soon as we landed at the ferry terminal and were waiting for us at the property to let us in and show us around. They also gave us some tips on restaurants, shopping, etc. Very nice people.
