This has been my clinic for all three of my pregnancies since 2021. My gynecologist was Dr. Russell, and he was amazing. He always asked questions, was very thorough, and took the time to explain everything. During every ultrasound, he talked me through what he was seeing, which made me feel informed and reassured.
On a few occasions when Dr. Russell was out of the office, I had to see Dr. Spence, who was the
complete opposite. Now, with my third pregnancy, nothing has changed. Since Dr. Russell is no longer there, I’ve been seeing Dr. Spence at some visit. My appointments are usually verrrry short and I don’t receive any information unless I specifically ask. I honestly feel like I’m wasting my money with each visit.

I won’t recommend anyone here , the customer service agent was doing her own thing and chatting n laughing with her colleagues while other customers were waiting, and there is no privacy, when I went to collect my ultrasound sound report two different persons were reading my results… why ??? Where is the patient and doctor privacy?

I normally don't write negative reviews because I don't want to bring anyone down but these medical professionals need to stop now. I feel like if they're not prescribing a medication they don't have any other alternative intervention to implement.
I left feeling more confused than before I visited this facility. The doctor was late and he just rushed through my $10,000 paid visit. I left feeling unheard and hopeless. I hope this review will action some chance in your treatment process.

Wow the new office across from the old office is nice and clean. Big open space! Cutting edge technology coming soon. Enough seating for many patients. I have been numerous times fighting high blood pressure and acid reflux got me down real bad. The Dr's and nurses assisted me with my issues and I'm feeling good now. I received great care when I'm at Baywest. I would recommend this medical clinic to everyone.

I have never had an awful experience here ! Dr.Spencer & Dr.Russel is the best. They were highly professional & super welcoming. The nurses that I've interacted with were kindhearted and extended their best help to me as much as they could. The front desk persons were really nice to me & provided me with great service ! Highly Recommend To Anyone Searching For A Gynecologist! JUST WHAT JAMAICA NEEDS. Location: Baywest in Montego Bay ❤
