The wait for the food was crazy. Took 30 mins and all meats were dry and tough (Pork Ribs & BBQ Chicken). Only the burrito and mac & cheese bites were good. The onion rings were a joke, they gave one of us a whole order of fries and 4 tiny onion rings to another one of us. When asking about the drink refills the workers were extremely rude when explaining the conditions to us. Another family member asked for a take out container and was handed a paper plate with foil on top...? Would not come here again for anything.

Such slow service, waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for a burger and wings, staff moved with no sense of urgency. Manager on duty tonight ignored staff asking where their food and staff acted annoyed with customers who had been waiting over an hour.

Horrible service for over cooked chicken and ribs. Waited forever and a day for the food to be ready and the customer service was non existent. First and last time coming here. DO NOT RECOMMEND. YIKESSS. Save you time, enery and money. Go to KFC.

Waited over 30 minutes for some tough tenders and 4 small onion rings. Rude staff and the food is no good. Would not recommend

Had high hopes salad bar ok food took 45 minutes to come and was cold and soggy had been under a lamp for ages terrible
