This was my first and very pleasant experience with Bend Twist Bliss. Kay was my massage therapist.
Kay was professional, attentive, and gave me the option to choose an oil fragrance. It was jasmine with lavender. I loved it very much! The atmosphere was so relaxing with soothing music, which took me back to nature’s tranquillity. I felt pampered with my money’s worth and above.

I came to Bend Twist Bliss for my first massage in a long time. I don’t often take time for myself, so I booked a 2 hour massage to relax for a bit.
Prior to my appointment, Kay asked me some questions about my lifestyle so she could get a better idea of what I needed from my appointment. I assumed it would be a good experience, however it still exceeded all of my expectations! The message was truly amazing. I struggle to relax and Kay was so patient, kind and helpful during the massage. She taught me breathing techniques which have informed me going forward.
Days later I still feel much lighter and as if a weight has been lifted from my shoulders. I would recommend this to any working professional or person who lives a busy life. It really is essential to take time for yourself, and Kay reminded me of that. Do yourself a favour and book with her!!!!

My experience with Bend Twist Bliss was exactly how the name describes BLISSFUL!! It was also very professional, which is a trait i highly appreciate in any and all fields. I was very comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole service. Prior to my massage i was asked about any specific areas which i would like covered which i found to be quite considerate. Incense and a calming environment was created right inside my own home, Kay was very thorough and made sure i was satisfied with the areas she covered before moving on to another spot on my body. I actually expected my massage to be a bit of a challenge since i am pregnant, however she brought my back and neck pain down so such an extent that i was able to function pain free while handing my 3 and 5 year old up to almost 3 days later. (pregnancy isn't easy on the back at all) All in all i was definitely given a satisfactory service and look forward to my follow up appointment within the next week or so. Thank you so much for your care Bend Twist Bliss!!!
