Lynnel is a phenomenal practitioner. She is not just an incredible masseuse; she has a deep knowledge of human anatomy, ensuring that she works with your body and its unique needs.
For example, when I get massages I often ask the practitioner to avoid my neck, as I frequently experience headaches afterwards. Lynnel took the time to explain that avoiding the neck was likely contributing to my headaches rather than preventing them. She described how tension and fluid can build up when an area is left unworked, as the surrounding muscles and lymphatic drainage are not being fully addressed, meaning the body cannot properly release and rebalance. I then allowed her to perform a full massage and had no headache afterwards whatsoever.
She is honestly amazing!

Bliss has redefined what a massage is for me. I’ve always been a skeptic about massages, but now I’m fully convinced that my body truly deserves them more often. After a targeted consultation on your focus areas, your body is treated to Lynell’s gifted hands. At the end of the session she gives you recommendations for adopting healthier habits to improve your overall wellbeing.
10/10 experience. Highly recommend.

I got my first ever lymphatic drainage massage from Bliss and it was Blissful. The atmosphere was soothing. The massage itself left me feeling relaxed, not only was the massage fantastic, Lynelle was very informative thru the process and gave further information for aftercare. I was truly delighted and can't wait to have another amazing Massage. 10/10 would recommend!!

My massage with Lynnel was incredible. She was able to relieve tension from my tight shoulders and back that has never been relieved before. The studio is also beautiful and so relaxing. I can’t wait to come back for another massage. Highly recommend!!
