Highly recommend if you enjoy Pilates. Stephanie is a great instructor and provides a lot of variety in the classes. Also very positive and makes the session fun. 😊

This pilates studio was a great help to me when I was trying to regain strength after cancer treatment. The instructors are knowledgeable and care very much about your wellbeing and make sure you are doing the exercises correctly to get the maximum benefit. The classes are varied and there are classes for everyone from beginner to most experienced participants. Today after 2 1/2 years I have lost 60 pounds and I feel stronger than ever. Thank you Blue Space!

For my trip to Aruba, I really wanted to continue my Pilates training, so I decided to purchase the 4-class package at this studio. First of all, the price of the package is more than reasonable, and the online booking platform is extremely easy to use. The class schedule is varied, which allowed me to choose from several options without having to compromise my vacation plans. The studio itself is beautiful and spacious. The reformers are high quality, and the studio is fully equipped with all the accessories needed for a complete Pilates practice. Finally, the instructors are AMAZING! They demonstrate exceptional expertise and a deep technical understanding of the important subtleties of Pilates. The atmosphere is inclusive, warm, and safe. As a woman who practices Pilates every day in Canada, I highly recommend this studio 🩵 Thank you Blue Space Studio 🤍
