We booked a 3-hour trip as our two sons (16 and 8) love fishing and have never been sea fishing before. We actually arrived earlier than our booking (my error) but Rob and Ryan were happy to take us rather than us waiting around.
It was a slow start, but we soon caught three barracudas - much to the excitement of our boys and thanks to the persistence of Rob and Ryan!
Rob also let our youngest steer the boat - which he loved. Both Rob and Ryan were really knowledgable and friendly, answering our many questions about the island, the fish, the equipment, the boat… it was a really fun trip!
The best part? Ryan filleted the largest of the catch and prepped it so that we could take it back to our hotel for lunch (the amazing chefs at The Sands seasoned and fried it for us and it was amazing - from line to fork in 2 hours!)
Excellent value for money with unlimited soft drinks included and also simple to book - pay on arrival.
When we got off the boat at the end of the trip, Rob also flagged down one of his friends who offered to help us find a bus back to Worthing and travelled with us, giving us lots of tips and loads of local recommendations.
Honestly one of the best experiences we have had on this beautiful island. Thank you Rob and Ryan!

We went on a 4hour fishing trip with Rob and Ryan last week. What a brilliant trip it was. They both made us feel very welcome. We caught some tuna for live bait then went off to catch some bigger fish. We managed to catch 3 barracudas and lost some fish. Rob is a fountain of information and Ryan works extra hard making sure everything is perfect. These 2 work well together to make the trip enjoyable and fun.

My husband and I had an amazing
experience fishing in Barbados with Capt Rob and mate Ryan. They put us onto some big fish. Booking was easy, Maggie was very responsive to emails. The boat was clean and comfortable. We will definitely charter with Bluefin the next time we are in Barbados which is hopefully soon. Highly recommend this charter!

We went on a private charter with Rob and Ryan in mid Dec. They are both full of knowledge, extremely kind and patient, and made sure we had a great time. We landed a nice barracuda and a rainbow runner. We also missed a few others because we had multiple fish on at the same time. One thing to note was we were catching fish when other charters weren't. These guys know what they are doing! Highly recommend!

We had a great morning with Rob and Ryan, so booked again a few days later. They did everything they could to make sure we had a good time and we were not disappointed! After trying for king fish we hauled in a good catch of barracuda and were extremely happy to take one home to cook. It was the freshest fish we've ever eaten. There are plenty of drinks on board, and all we needed were our hats, glasses, and sun cream. They cater for all skill levels and are professional, friendly, and thoughtful. Maggie handled our enquiries seamlessly and we will be back soon. Thanks again guys 🎣🐟
