I was recommended to get my nails done here as I have had Biab on my nails for over 3 years & a gel pedicure for over 30 years. I have visited here twice. First time my pedicure was done by me putting my feet up under a table and in between girls legs! No foot scrub/dead skin & cuticle removal & polish left on my skin. When I next came in to have my nails infilled and spoke to the owner Jalissa I was informed ‘that isn’t a process we do for pedicure’ - but it’s ok to put your feet between someone’s legs!!! Seriously. My second visit - Biab infill - would you believe a nail beauty salon had no nail glue? So they searched high and low for one bottle of missing nail glue when they have 3 nail stations & another few foot spa’s but no nail glue at each station. So Jalissa attempted to build my nail up without glue. It lifted and I had to return the next day & had to beg to be fitted in for the repair even though they were done late afternoon before. Two days later after initial infill another lifted & cracked. On contacting them via WhatsApp messages I was advised they had no appointment until next week. So I rang them to speak to Jalissa. I was put on hold, ignored then cut off. Clearly Jalissa doesn’t wish to correct her work. I’m appalled. I’ve had from acrylics to gel to Biab for over 37 years and at no time have I had anything lifted or cracked. I might say I have infills every 5-6 weeks so that says a lot about quality and standard. I went back for my infill after 3 weeks (just to be transparent). On reading other reviews: no you are not greeted professionally or warmly upon arrival. No it’s not ok to do a pedi with your feet stuck between someone’s legs. No it’s not ok to not be offered disposable panties when I had my waxing. And no it’s not ok to run from your clients concerns especially when it’s through no fault of their own. I’m also not sure they have autoclave (not a 100%) but couldn’t see anywhere. Finally Jalissa divulged to me a client something about their masseuse - not professional in any shape or form Jalissa. It goes without saying no I absolutely wouldn’t recommend Body Magic, Jalissa or any of her team for that matter. Extremely sub standard in professionalism, customer service, attention to detail & im not sure their Biab product is any good AT ALL.

I don't know if I came to get a massage on an off day, but it was one of the most bizarre massages I have had. I had originally scheduled the massage for 4pm. At 9am they called me and asked if I could come at 1:15pm instead. It wasn't ideal, but I said yes to try to be flexible. Once I got there, it did not appear that the massage therapist had been trained. She was texting on her cell phone while massaging me (one handed and then slammed her phone down), leaning on me and sitting on the massage bed while she was massaging me and yawning audibly while she was giving me a massage. To top it off, I was scheduled for a one hour massage and it only lasted 50 minutes. I had seen these great reviews which is why I booked here. I am unsure of what happened or if their therapists were out and they put someone new in instead of just cancelling my appointment, but it was very odd.

Best salon in Bim. Jalisa really gets to know her clients and at this point she just does 'her thing' with my nails and they are always exceptional. They hardly break and I'm pretty rough withy hands. I love that she honours my time and she is quick. Tried this colour and matte set for the first time and I'm in love. 5 out of 5

Had an acrylic nail fill with shellac polish. Excellent quality nail fill. Demetria made sure I was satisfied at every step. Reasonable price and it took about an hour. Be sure to call ahead to make an appointment or use their online appt service.

I’ve been several times for a massage and I have been highly impressed. I’ve always experienced good customer service with even a glass of water offer after each appointment. The masseuse was awesome because she targets problem areas and really focuses on issues or knots, per my request. I am sure they would also offer a more traditional relaxing massage. This is my go-to massage place in the island. Highly recommend.
