The Staff was VERY unprofessional and down right rude. On Wednesday 29th April, me and my Fiancee went to the drive-through to order a meal and a lady spoke and went quiet, after like a solid minute she came back and took our order, everything was fine until we got to the pick up window. The lady that came to the window that give him the drinks did so very agressivly. Now the drinks we ordered with our meal were a SPRITE and a COKE. They give us two sprites, Now he tried to flag a lady to let them know that we got a wrong drink. Another lady came to the window to give us our food and he was trying to tell her that we got a wrong drink and she ignored us and shut the window again. Once again another lady was standing by the window and he was telling her that the drink was wrong but the widow was still closed. She then opened the window and went "Wa?" He Told her that the drink was wrong and we should've gotten a one Sprite and not two. She look back at the bill and told us : "Is two Spirtes, That is what she put there." (she being the person that is taking the orders) He tried explaining that we wanted a coke and a sprite but she cut him off and told him agian that, that is what the girl put there and she closed the window and walked off before we could say anything further. As someone who works in the customer service industry, this service was absoulty unacceptable and needs to be rectified immediately. And to make matters worse, my Fiancee is allegric to lime. I called and spoke with the store manager and she was very professional and was willing to get down to the bottom of the problem. All four girls (The one taking the orders and the three that delt with me at the pick-up window) Needs some serious coaching.

This branch of Burger King is well situated in the busy Warrens area. Perfectly placed to fulfill the needs of businesses and the surrounding residential districts. Unfortunately, service tends to be slow, and on this recent visit product availability was an issue. A disappointing end to what started off as a pleasant interaction with the attendant on duty. Would still visit again, as the meals are usually tasty and filling, when available.

Updated review: Beautiful and well planned out decor, have an intimate feel to it, indoor playground for the kids, disabilities seating, comfortable and clean...all in a wonderful location. Drive thru for your convenience along with a disabilities parking area near the building with a ramp, though my visits are usually for breakfast it's generally good.

The most unprofessional service I've ever received from a fast food restaurant. Not sure if there was a change in staff but the quality of the service went from exceptional to subpar overnight. Excessively long waits, cold food and at times some items I paid for being forgotten. P.S. Thank you for the burnt nuggets.

The drive-thru staff are extremely slow and unprofessional. They have no sense of speed and efficiency. If you ask a question, they do not answer or acknowledge you. On a good day you can sit up to an hour waiting in line. If you go inside the service is slightly quicker but not by much. These people need training in the worst way.
