I spent my birthday morning at the newly opened Cafe Dora Breakfast on George Hill Road, and it was the best gift I could’ve given my tastebuds.
Cafe Dora is pulling off a culinary heist. They’ve taken five-star hotel presentation and paired it with street food prices. The result? A "value for dollar" win that makes you feel like you’re cheating the system.
The Birthday Spread
• Steak & Eggs + Johnny Cakes: The steak was savory and perfectly seared, but the Johnny cakes stole the show. We’re talking golden, crispy-on-the-outside, fluffy-as-a-cloud pillows that are legally required for mopping up egg yolks.
• Lobster & Shrimp Omelette: This isn't a "hint of seafood" situation. It was an absolute flex of plump, snappy shrimp and buttery lobster chunks tucked into a silky, golden egg blanket.
The room is packed with smiling local faces and a warmth that you just can't manufacture. It’s unpretentious, upscale in look, and incredibly kind on the wallet.
If you want a breakfast that looks like a million bucks but costs like a casual Friday, get to Cafe Dora.

Stopped here for breakfast on a Thursday morning. Ordered the French toast and eggs Benedict. The food was fantastic and the service very enjoyable! We will definitely return!

Big Texas Steak. Huge burrito. Most protein ive had in a meal since I arrived. Kids loved the Pancake tacos. Great for family or a breakfast date. Hopefully CeCe is present to be your waitress. She gave informitive island reccomendations and set the tone to be in a good mood all day. Fyi Great view of the airplanes landing and of St Martin.

Excellent breakfast place. The breakfast tacos are truly unique and come in a big portion. The French toast was also excellent. It’s a really nice, welcoming interior as well.
