Best place to eat at in Sugar Beach Resort. Keep an eye out for their bao bun night! Terrific. Wagyu nigiri and 6 hours braised beef is a definite must try! Their cocktails are awesome as well and their servers are very attentive. Their curries could be spicier though but you can just always for pepper flakes

The Cane Bar in the Viceroy Resort is an Asian-inspired restaurant that offers delicious dishes. We ordered the sweet and sour cauliflower, egg fried rice, and the spicy lamb with Thai basil. Everything was flavorful and well-prepared, but the portion sizes were quite small for the expensive price. Additionally, the service was rather slow, which was a bit disappointing. Despite these drawbacks, the quality of the food was great.

We ate here twice during our vacation and loved it both times. I highly recommend the chicken and chili jam stir fry and the chocolate fondant dessert

The best restaurant we have eaten in during our stay in St Lucia! Extremely friendly and accommodating staff from entering the resort to dining at the restaurant. Food was delicious and the portions were a good size. We don’t eat sushi but had the beef massaman curry and the chicken chilli jam stir fry. Highly recommend dinner here.

The ceviche was the best I have ever had. Very fresh and flavourful. Beautiful view. Service is top notch. Can't go wrong with any restaurant at Sugar Beach.
