Fantastic experience. Organised for my family and the whole trip was excellent. We were lucky enough to see orcas within a metre or two from the boat. One of life's great moments. The crew was very knowledgeable and fun, and their rum punch is a world beater!

No whales this trip but hundreds of Dolphins which was very pretty. The Ocean was very choppy so fair warning if you get sea sick, take dramamine patches! The boat is very loud so also if you are sensitive to hearing, I would bring ear protection.

We had the best time on our deep-sea fishing trip. I only caught the one fish the 16 pound Maui, which was the biggest fish I ever called and the most exciting time ever! The only thing that would’ve made it better is if we could’ve kept the fish but other than that we had a wonderful time. Mario and Josh was absolutely amazing. Love them both.!

Great trip out for whale and dolphin watching. As well as flying fish and birds, the highlight was seeing Orcas. Amazing experience and great crew.

My fiancé and I booked a Deep Sea Fishing tour through the Windjammer Hotel and did not have a good experience. After arriving at the dock, we waited for an hour before boarding a boat. The captain actually arrived after us. Once we boarded the boat, Matthew was extremely rude to us. He basically ignored us and barreled through us to take care of the lines. When we asked him to explain what he was doing or if we could help, his only reply was “no”. After my fiancé asked several times to help with the bait, Matthew pretty much threw it at him and walked away without explaining how to do it and did not check it over afterwards, nor did he show him what he did correctly or incorrectly. It seemed like he thought we were a burden and in the way. I felt very unwelcome on the boat and did not even get to touch a single fishing pole. I am very dissatisfied with my experience, as I basically paid for a very expensive boat ride to watch others fish, rather than actually get to learn about deep sea fishing techniques and the culture surrounding it.
