WARNING UPDATE #5: I rented a car from Caribbean Rental Cars for one week and Franz Taylor the owner, billed my credit card for a month. Even though I had a written contract with the actual owner of the vehicle (Taylor has no cars to rent and only serves as a fee adding middleman), Taylor refused to correct the problem. This has been a frustrating waste of time, but I am 100% committed to taking each and every step necessary to ensure Taylor is not able to get away with over-billing my card; and to warn others about my experience. I also encourage you to read the reviews below before you do business with this company! Also, so that governmental authorities will have an opportunity to review Taylor’s billing practices, I am in process of filing a complaint against him at the Barbados Fair Trading Commission. I also hope in the next month (May) to be able to provide a contact number or email for all of us who have been ripped off by this company so that we can coordinate our actions. Please watch this review for updates, as the process of bringing our multiple claims to a fair resolution unfolds. Keep the faith. In the end justice will prevail!

i used your services to book a rental in st martin. the rental agent brought the car to the ferry dock. i was quite surprised in the service level provided. loved your services and will continue to book.

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THIS IS A SCAM/FRAUD BUSINESS. I AM IN LOST OF OVER 3000.00. THE ACCOUNT MANAGER MR. NEVILLE GUMBS IS OF NO ASSISTANCE. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!! PLEASE DEAL DIRECTLY WITH THE RENTAL COMPANY ON ISLAND.
