We rented a car from the Holetown branch on 8th February at an agreed price of $175 US for two days. On checking our credit card account we found a charge of $500 US approx. plus the $175 agreed rental. We were not advised this charge would be made and now, at 18th February, despite three emails and an attempt to contact by phone with the London office, we cannot get a response from anyone to get a refund of this unauthorised charge. We were not advised that any deposit would be taken, but can only assume that this is what this cost is in view of Don Baker's recent post. Mr Baker was told to get in touch with the dedicated 24 support team but our attempted at contact have resulted in the phone being cut off and no replies to emails. What do we do now??

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Avoid this company at all costs. They falsely advertise the cars they have available, provide an ‘equivalent’ car that is more expensive when you arrive for collection. They are just a broker and use other providers to supply the cars, which are in poor condition. Very badly run and unprofessional. My single worst experience in Barbados for anything and have been to the island several times.
Also, still waiting for return of deposit after serval weeks. Don’t bother trying to contact the company as you will not get any response. They will be receiving a letter from my lawyer very soon.

Very poor customer service - Showed no empathy when car was faulty (Neville) hanged up on me twice when I called him about my issse with the car.
Please note that they do offer a refund under any circumstances. Even when we ordered a kia picanto and received a Toyota Corolla the next day.
This company is a broker acting as Car rentals company.

charged visa $500 Us deposit that was to be released upon car return. 3 weeks later still no resolve now dealing with visa to resolve

Awful. The car company never turned up and none of the customer numbers work. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. FRAUD. WILL BE REPORTING TO THE AUTHORITIES
