Communication may be a bit slow at times, but the quality of work is excellent.
High standard of products, made to customer satisfaction.
I have used their services twice now - had two separate window roller shades custom made and installed, and some patio furniture covers. Very satisfied with my items. Would use their services again.

Contacted them via email first (got no response), via phone (spoke to someone who seemed agitated that I wanted to schedule an appointment in advance), then by email again sent directly to the same person I spoke to less 10 mins after the call to provide the necessary details.
Have not received a reply to either email to this day.
Very unprofessional, I will make sure no one I know does business with them.

I called about two months ago, the lady said someone will contact you, they never did. I called back last week, same thing. Very unprofessional in my opinion .
