Very good option for the area if you stay at the hotels near by. ( like Avila)
If you buy 4 x 6 cans ( 24 cans of 33 cl amstel or heineken) you get an extra discount, so ask for it. It is around 45 usd.
You can also get 24 x small spa around 23 usd.
I walked 4 times from Avila to market, nothing to afraid on the way, though it feels a bit like ;)

Conveniently located, it has a bit of everything... surprisingly prices are not that cheap in compare to the hotel.
Fruits did not look that good... it has the basics.
if you are looking for normal drinks, juices, beer, chips, basic shampoo, it is ok.

The owner a personal friend of mine. A visionary, but only needs to understand, that his new supermarket need to compete. Provide a service that competitors in the area would wonder what has changed. Central located, but need a quick marketing strategy.

The caribe supermarket at berg altena has a friendly service. Sometimes you don't get what you need. Some prices can be a little bit high, But instead of always checking the prices we have to focus more on the service that gaves you the feeling to go and check again next time. And the help and cashiers are very friendly that spending some money in there won't hurt your pocket.
