The guy that assisted me was very knowledgeable. Even though they didn't have exactly what I wanted he was able to offer satisfactory alternatives. Carter's is always my first choice for any hardware supplies.

Went to carter's after months of checking ladder online only to get there and get a second hand ladder with 3% discount sadly not impressed and by managers attitude

This place has everything you could possibly want to improve you home, from as small as just cosmetics job to your walls, cupboards etc. Staff is very helpful I've never been there and didn't get help with anything
