Wow what an amazing day we had with Tommy & Sim. A really lovely welcome aboard the catermeran and it had everything and more that you needed for a day on the water.
We set off to an outstandingly beautiful beach where the boys happily jumped off and swam to shore. My sister and I are more nervous of jumping in so Tommy encouraged us to use the floating mat. Once we had launched ourselves on it we absolutely loved it. Felt very safe in Sim & Tommy's hands.
Then followed the most delicious lunch. Tommy had cooked the marinated chicken while we were on the water and it was served with a gorgeous rice side and salad. Just perfect. Drinks flowed and we were all very chilled. My favourite part was lying on the trampoline in the sun on the way back.....really didn't want the experience to end.
If you fancy a boat trip I would most definitely recommend going with Sim & Tommy. So knowledgeable and welcoming, thank you both for my favourite day of our holiday x

Our day sailing in Antigua was easily one of the highlights of our trip. We chartered the catamaran Cool Cat for a full day on the water, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience from start to finish.
Captain Tommy did an outstanding job navigating the boat and planning the perfect route. We cruised across the most stunning turquoise, crystal-clear waters you can imagine, stopping at beautiful spots to swim and explore. The sailing itself was smooth and relaxing, with incredible views in every direction.
The snorkeling was amazing. We saw tons of colorful fish darting through the reef, and the absolute highlight was spotting an octopus swimming around — such a cool and unexpected sight! The water was so clear that we could see everything perfectly.
Lunch on board was fantastic. Sim prepared a delicious spread of chicken, pineapple, rice, and fresh salad that tasted even better with the ocean breeze and sunshine. Throughout the day, Sim also kept the rum punches flowing, making sure everyone was having a great time and staying refreshed.
Between the incredible scenery, great snorkeling, delicious food, and top-notch service, the entire day felt effortless and fun. Tommy and Sim made the experience truly special with their professionalism and friendly personalities.
We would absolutely rate the Cool Cat five stars and would do it all over again in a heartbeat. If you’re visiting Antigua and want an unforgettable day on the water, this is the way to do it! 🌊⭐

Our day aboard the Cool Cat in Antigua was hands-down one of the highlights of our trip.
We cruised over the most unreal turquoise water with music playing and rum punch flowing in their signature tumblers — the whole atmosphere was relaxed, fun, and effortlessly cool. Every stop looked like something out of a travel magazine.
When it was time to snorkel, I had to sit it out because of sinus pressure, but the crew didn’t miss a beat. I was quickly handed a cold beer and invited to float on the lily pad instead — not exactly a downgrade. I ended up having a great conversation with Tommy while he grilled lunch, and I really appreciated how closely he kept an eye on my friends in the water the entire time. He balanced safety, hospitality, and somehow keeping my drink full like a pro.
And the food… I still can’t stop thinking about Sim’s family-recipe grilled chicken. It was incredible. She paired it with a unique chilled rice “pasta” salad that was refreshing and unlike anything I’ve had before — the perfect boat lunch. Between that, the steady rum punches, the music, and the crystal-clear water, the whole day felt seamless.
Incredible crew, amazing food, beautiful sailing — I’d do it again in a heartbeat.
Don’t forget to purchase a sunshirt! And wear SPF chapstick. 🫣

The boat is amazing, but the real treasures are Captain Tommy and First Mate Sim. They made our group feel like old friends dropping by for a quick sail. Beautiful vistas, homemade lunch of Sim’s own recipes grilled boat-side, and a flexibility that felt so luxurious as they catered to what we wanted to experience. I wish there was a (6) star option.

The Cool Cat was more than just cool, it was amazing. This was such an awesome experience! Tommy and Sim were the best. They were so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The food was also so delicious and plated! See if Sim will give you her secret marinade recipe 🤣. We sailed around, even saw some dolphins!! We also loved the rum punches which were hand crafted, no premade stuff here. It was the perfect day and we would 100% come back or recommend.
