I was afraid of a very aggressive sellers market but was met with warm craftspeople. We bought a few items from a couple different tables and while not inexpensive, they were also not unreasonable. You're not going to find $1 trinkets here but there are still some nice souvenirs for a good price.

Honestly, I expected to see a ton of stores or at least more tents and merchants. I was disappointed when I saw 4-5 people running 3 tents. There wasn't a lot of variety. We wanted to support locals or people that handcraft, instead we had to go to the souvenir store down the street (which had basically the same exact stuff at a cheaper price despite being told by the merchants that their prices are the lowest). I understand competition, but don't lie, it's not worth the $2 difference.

A dozen or so vendors selling underneath a tent. It was nice to see some locally made items and handcrafts, not just the usual set of tshirts, shot glasses, and other mass produced tourist items that are in every other store near the cruise port. Vendors were friendly and not pushy. Worth a visit.

This was a really fun place to shop! It was a rainy, icky day when our cruise ship came into port, so we just strolled around town near the dock. I had seen on Google Maps that there was a craft market not far away, so we headed that way. There were only about 5 booths set up, but the merchandise was nice. Handmade jewelry made of shells and local materials. Some cloth goods and crocheted items. We got into a long conversation with one of the merchants named Rosemary. She was so friendly and full of good will and advice. She has a wonderful island voice, and was simply a joy to talk to. We ended up getting Christmas gifts for all our female family members at the market for really great prices. I'm so glad we stopped there!
