This Chefette is located outside of the boarding area. If departing BGI, make sure to pickup before going through security as there won’t be another Chefette past this point.
The chicken roti was plentiful but wrapped up small. Good to bring onto a flight.

If you are leaving Barbados for elsewhere, this is probably your last time to taste Chefette.
A Chefette needs to open after security in departures! Disappointing that they only have one before security. I would rather a Chefette roti than a subway sandwich!!
It’s incredibly busy in here. Lots of people passing by, people who have checked in/are about to check in, airport staff and airline staff making huge orders… I just wanted to get my food and leave. I was so happy when my order came lol. Took ages (even for Barbados)
This was the worst Chefette I visited whilst in Barbados. I loved the others. Then again whenever have airport fast food locations been good? 😂
I also didn’t feel great after my all chicken roti. I felt fine eating rotis at other Chefettes on the island.
My advice… Give this Chefette a miss if you’re arriving and visit others on the island. This one isn’t the best.
If you’re really desperate to eat your last Chefette before leaving for the USA, Canada, UK, Trinidad… this is your only option lol.

Last chance to enjoy the chain before you leave the island.
Staff can be quite rude here! Kissing teeth if you say they got the order wrong.
Lovely pizza, chicken and milkshakes
Definitely eat here if you got a late night flight as the only thing open in the airport will be a subways@

One of the best kept secrets at the airport! Chefette is a home grown fast food outlet, known for its rotis, pizzas and even pineapple juice. It will probably surpass ordinary airplane food and the prices are reasonable.
It’s is not available airside, lines can be extremely long and my pizza took 20 minutes to prepare. Ordinary chicken and rotis are much faster.
Take a bit of Barbados home with you!
