Chefette Six Roads has a choice of indoor cashiers, or the drive-through line. This time I chose to drive through, as the queue was short. The microphone wasn't very clear, but I was soon able to place my order. The cashier at the payment window was pleasant, and the attendant at the pickup window was ready as soon as I drove forward. I chose the Chicken Tender special offer, and these were fresh and tasty. Along with a small portion of fries and a drink, this made an excellent meal.

We were on vacation and wanted to try the popular Chefette after hearing so much about it. We ordered two snack boxes, each with two pieces of chicken and small fries. Unfortunately, the chicken had a strong “chicken farm” smell (Caribbean people know what I mean), the batter was so thick you could cut it with a knife, and the meat itself was completely unseasoned.
Our order came out to $30 USD. Do you know how much fried chicken that would get me in the USA? A lot.
Honestly, Chefette, please take a trip to Trinidad and speak to a manager at any KFC, they’ll show you how to actually season chicken.

I have to say Chefette has become almost like kfc. How do you have a fleet of cars and yet you are taking 3 and 4hrs to deliver. Its very disappointing and then when you do get the order items are missing or incorrect. Chefette was held to a better standard but now you can call it KFC 2.0. The staff are unfriendly. Overall very poor. Food coming cold like it's coming from a freezer

Went to six roads chefette, waited 20mins for an order, to eventually overhear I couldn't get what I'd ordered. When I attempted to find out what was causing the delay I never got an answer. The staff was rude, communication skills were horrible. Just a horrible experience

The food is good, but the service is inconsistent. Communication is the main problem. I waited nearly an hour for a Hawaiian pizza that was quoted at 15 minutes 🤷. If they had told me the real wait time, I would have ordered something else. Better time estimates and updates when things run late would fix most of this.
