We were on vacation and wanted to try the popular Chefette after hearing so much about it. We ordered two snack boxes, each with two pieces of chicken and small fries. Unfortunately, the chicken had a strong “chicken farm” smell (Caribbean people know what I mean), the batter was so thick you could cut it with a knife, and the meat itself was completely unseasoned.
Our order came out to $30 USD. Do you know how much fried chicken that would get me in the USA? A lot.
Honestly, Chefette, please take a trip to Trinidad and speak to a manager at any KFC, they’ll show you how to actually season chicken.
