Genuinely such an amazing place with great customer service, food and view. From the music to the welcome complimentary bread, to the ambience to the actual appetizers and entree? Amazing. Id recommend getting the bbq wings with garlic bread and the French fries really look like they attend prep school. For entrees? Both the bbq pizza and jam rock pizzas are 10/10 but the Alfredo jerk chicken pasta is 9.5/10… would’ve been a 10 if I could finish the large portions. I brought home so much food my two times going and I will be back again! Best restaurant in JA!

My family and I have been enjoying this wonderful spot for the past 5 years since relocating from London to Jamaica. Back when it was still ‘just’ a cafe and pizzeria, it was the only spot that would get vegan cheese in especially for us - when you newly arrive in a country trying to settle in, this meant a huge amount to us. Now it’s a menu staple along with its satisfying Beanie Burger and yummy vegan chocolate cake, Ciao Bella is our family’s favourite place to eat and relax. I also chose the restaurant to host my mother’s 80th birthday celebrations - a special occasion handled with grace and care. The staff are always so welcoming - we are definitely known on a first name basis. A huge shout out to the owners, especially Tiziana, who always personally comes to greet us and check all is well. Warmly recommended to all who pass through Ocho Rios.

Food and drinks were amazing! Really fresh, really tasty!
Desserts not captured were also amazing and the staff were incredibly friendly and really helpful.
We had a really great time and plan to return.
We came here because the reviews were great and they lived up to it!

I 100% recommend this place to anyone in Ocho Rios! Our server, Kimberly, was very kind and made our time here. She was great to chat with, and it was just amazing service all around. The food was AMAZING! I recommend everyone to try the Blueberry Pancakes. It’s the best pancakes I’ve ever had (and I don’t love pancakes). The pancakes remind me of Japanese Pancakes with its fluffy texture, and it had a hint of coconut flavor that was really nice. We tried a breakfast croissant sandwich and a ciabatta panini, and it was so good!!! The cafe itself is so beautiful and it was a great atmosphere to sit in. Our experience was amazing all around, thank you, Ciao Bella!

We were really impressed with the food here and ended up coming back three times during our stay in Ocho Rios – which says it all! Every meal was spot on, with great quality and full of flavour.
A special shoutout to Neyka, one of the waitresses, who was absolutely brilliant – super friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome each time we visited.
We also came on a Sunday when they had live music, which added such a great vibe to the whole experience. It’s also very reasonably priced considering the quality of the food.
Highly recommend if you’re in Ocho Rios!
