The lines are consistently slow moving. No matter the time of the day! Several(8 plus)stations. Only 2, maybe 3 tellers, on a good day. CIBC needs to review the length of time their customers are expected to wait. And do something to address it.

The queue has been snaking around the bank for almost 2 hours, and there are still only 2 tellers open. This shows that CIBC has utter contempt for you the customer, and if you're fool enough to put up with it, you deserve it. Bank elsewhere.

Excellent banking experience with professional and friendly staff. Transactions are handled smoothly, and the customer service is always helpful and efficient.

Located in historic Bridgetown in one of many historical buildings along broad street, this bank has a spacious interior and a nice layout...the service or should I say lack of is where everything go downhill.
I tried to avoid this location as much as possible, as it always has unbearable long lines, 9/10 times I usually retreat back on the outside once I set foot inside and see the queue.
The location has multiple teller stations but hardly an agent is appointed to most...the convenient 24hrs SMART machines is where I ended up doing most of my banking, (and hope they don't malfunction while in the middle of transacting...as on 2 occasions I saw it happened with other clients, and guess where they have to go and lodge a complaint/dispute?....in the said long lines).
I had to familiarized myself to these quickly as my time would've been spent mostly in a line all day, an alley drive thru is also available...but wouldn't recommend at night.
I feel especially sorry for the senior citizens...as they should made provisions for them.

Extremely SLOW service!! When trying to get anything sorted by Customer Service even though they are 3 help desk, they are usually just 2 persons working. Then you stand in line waiting for 2 hours or more before receiving assistance.
